Ingredients:
250 gr butter
250 gr sugar
250 gr flour
Half can goiabada (guava sweet)
5 eggs
Preparation: Preheat oven to 160°C. Beat sugar and butter. Add eggs to obtain a smooth cream. Finally, add the sifted flour and mix delicately. Cover a rectangular baking pan with waxed paper. With a spatula, spread dough evenly. Bake for 3 minutes, do not let dough dry. When ready, turn cake over onto a napkin cloth sprinkled with sugar and remove paper. Spread onto cake melted! and roll like a Swiss roll. Repeat the process, rolling obtain several layers. one on guava sweet top of the other to obtain several layers.
